FREEHOLD - The New Jersey Utilities Association announced today that Peter Saharko, Senior Managing Associate General Counsel for Verizon, is joining its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Saharko’s nomination was unanimously approved by the NJUA Board at its December 17  Board of Directors meeting.

“With the addition of Peter Saharko of Verizon, the NJUA Board comprises the leading visionaries of the state’s utility industry,” said Richard Henning, president & CEO, NJUA. “Peter brings a wealth of experience in the telecommunications industry and furthers our ability to provide solutions to the broadband industry.
